Indiánští politici nedělají pro indiány nic
„Amazonie je poslední oblastí, kde probíhá dobývání Ameriky, a to je špatně,“ říká etnograf a kulturní antropolog Mnislav Zelený Atapana. V rozhovoru pro Mezinárodní politiku hovoří o úpadku indiánské kultury a o tom, že povinností každého kulturního antropologa by mělo být co nejvíc oddálit její úplný zánik. Zdůrazňuje, že největší pomoc indiánům spočívá v tom nechat je na pokoji a nevšímat si jich, neboť náš zájem je pro ně likvidační. Hovoří také o indiánských vůdcích zkorumpovaných místními bělošskými politiky, stejně tak i o tom, že škola je tím nejlepším nástrojem, jak udělat z indiánů bělochy.
